With his project “90s Reimagined,” Alessandro Mosciatti fuses 1990s aesthetics with contemporary design and digital manufacturing techniques.

Drawing inspiration from hip-hop, streetwear, and the decade’s distinctive silhouettes, Mosciatti develops a look that plays with bold proportions. A highly cropped, glossy leather jacket is paired with high-waisted, extremely wide-legged trousers. A peaked cap complements the silhouette, reinforcing the signature streetwear influence.

Special attention is given to the chain, inspired by the oversized jewelry of the 90s. Produced using 3D printing, it is integrated directly into the garment, transforming a classic accessory into a structural element of the design.

Mosciatti also blends tradition with experimentation in his choice of materials: waxed denim and industrial knit elements meet digital production methods.

“90s Reimagined” demonstrates how the visual codes of a past decade can evolve without merely being copied. Here, nostalgia serves as the starting point for a new, confident design language.
