DIGITAL FASHION PROJECT – OPEN DAYS in Lodz University of Technology

17–30 June 2025 (until mid-September 2025)

As part of the OPEN DAYS at Lodz University of Technology (June 17–30, 2025), the Digital Fashion Exhibition is open to the public and will remain available until mid-September 2025.

It presents the work of Fashion Design students (specialization: Clothing Architecture) from Lodz University of Technology, developed as part of the international project FashionTEX – European Academy for Young Designers to Study Innovative Technologies in Digital Fashion Design.

The projects were created under the supervision of Dr. Magdalena Owczarek and Dr. Maciej Jabłoński.
The authors of the exhibited designs are: Martyna Dobrosz, Monika Maciąg, Oliwia Ruczyńska, Michał Szymański, Nina Tambor, and Nikola Totoń.

The students participated in two stages. In the first block, they explored the basics of CLO 3D and CAD ASSYST, creating essential male and female garments such as skirts, sportswear, jackets, and lingerie. Classes were held in two student groups, from which the most talented individuals were selected for the advanced stage focused on creating original digital fashion concepts.

In the second block, students combined CLO 3D and ASSYST with Blender, designing sculptural elements and accessories for their experimental garments. The exhibition showcases the creative results of eight top students, forming a summary of semester-long work on individual fashion concepts.

The collection features theatrical, experimental, and spectacular fashion pieces inspired by the spirit of Première Vision.
Each work represents a unique voice in the conversation about non-conventional, creative, and digital fashion.
