Sustainable Innovation and Digital Creativity – Zuzanna Russek at the FashionTEX Makerspace 2026

Zuzanna Russek is studying Fashion Design at the Lodz University of Technology and is currently in the sixth semester of her Bachelor’s program.

In her creative work, Zuzanna combines experimental design approaches with a strong interest in sustainable fashion and innovative production methods. She is particularly fascinated by the potential of utilizing digital technologies—such as CLO3D—within fashion design to develop new creative processes while simultaneously reducing fabric waste and fostering more conscious forms of production.

Alongside her studies, Zuzanna is actively involved in student initiatives and creative projects that allow her to gain practical experience and continuously hone her design skills.

She views her participation in the FashionTEX Makerspace 2026 as a valuable opportunity to expand her digital competencies, establish international contacts, and develop new ideas in collaboration with young creatives from various countries. She is especially looking forward to exploring innovative approaches at the intersection of fashion, technology, and sustainability within a professional makerspace environment.

The international FashionTEX program creates an inspiring space for creative exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration, and forward-looking concepts for the European fashion industry.
