Zwischen 3D-Druck, Kupfer und experimenteller Mode: Giulia Camolese auf der FashionTEX Makerspace 2026 in Riga

Giulia, eine Modedesign-Studentin an der Amsterdam Fashion Academy, ist eine von zwei Studierenden ihrer Hochschule, die am internationalen FashionTEX Makerspace 2026 in Riga teilnehmen.

In Riga arbeitet Giulia weiter an ihrem Projekt „Elastic Space“. Zu ihren Arbeiten gehören die Herstellung einer 3D-gedruckten Maske und das Laserschneiden von Strukturelementen aus Kupfer für ihr Kleid.

Ihr Projekt zeigt eindrucksvoll, wie Mode, Technologie und experimentelle Materialien miteinander kombiniert werden können. Im FashionTEX Makerspace nutzt Giulia die dort verfügbaren technischen Ressourcen, um ihre Entwürfe weiterzuentwickeln und neue Formen des digitalen und physischen Schaffens zu erforschen.
