On 11 December 2024, the time had come and a unique European educational project was launched in the former tulle factory in Chemnitz to create an exciting combination of theory and practice in digital fashion and textile design. A high-calibre panel discussion served as a prelude to initiating a dialogue between industry, science and the creative industries, future collaborations and developments. The panel is exemplary for promoting the urgently needed exchange between the different disciplines in the joint search for sustainable solutions.
